1. Our Satisfaction Guarantee

We stand behind our cleaning services. If you are not completely satisfied with our work, we will return to address the issue at no additional charge or provide a refund for the service performed. Your satisfaction is our priority.

2. Service Refunds

Refunds for services are available under the following circumstances:

  • The service was not completed as described
  • You experienced a recurring issue we failed to resolve
  • There was an error in billing or pricing

3. Refund Process

To request a refund, contact us within 30 days of service at (520) 366-5412 or bjornsimmons@flowsysclean.com. We will investigate your concern and respond within 3 business days. Approved refunds are processed within 5-7 business days.

4. Maintenance Plans

Annual maintenance plan fees are prorated for cancellations. If you cancel before the plan year ends, you will receive a refund for the remaining months minus any discounted services already received.

5. Parts and Equipment

Parts and equipment may be returned for a refund within 30 days of purchase if they are in original packaging and have not been installed. Custom-ordered parts are non-refundable.

6. Emergency Services

Emergency service fees are non-refundable once service has been completed. If we are unable to resolve an emergency issue, we will refund the service portion only.

7. Payment Methods

Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Cash refunds are available for cash payments under $100. For amounts over $100, refunds are issued via check or electronic transfer.
