2. Service Descriptions

Air Flow Systems, Llc provides professional furnace cleaning, repair, and maintenance services. We serve residential customers throughout southeastern Arizona. All services are subject to availability and technician scheduling.

3. Appointments and Cancellations

Scheduled appointments require confirmation. We request at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling. A cancellation fee may apply for missed appointments without proper notice. For emergency services, normal cancellation policies may not apply.

4. Pricing and Payment

Service pricing is available upon request or listed on our website. We provide written estimates before beginning work. Payment is due upon completion of service unless other arrangements have been made. We accept cash, checks, and major credit cards.

5. Warranties and Guarantees

We offer warranties on parts as provided by manufacturers. Labor warranties are provided for 90 days from service date. Extended warranties are available for purchase. Service guarantees are subject to the terms outlined at the time of service.

6. Liability Limitations

Our liability is limited to the value of services provided. We are not responsible for pre-existing conditions, damage caused by improper use, or failures resulting from circumstances beyond our control. We maintain appropriate insurance coverage for our operations.

7. Customer Responsibilities

Customers must provide clear access to furnace equipment. Inform us of any pets, safety concerns, or access instructions. Follow recommended maintenance schedules for optimal system performance.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, images, and logos, is the property of Air Flow Systems, Llc and protected by copyright laws. Unauthorized use or reproduction is prohibited.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason. Customers may terminate service agreements at any time by providing written notice.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona. Any disputes will be resolved in the appropriate courts of Cochise County, Arizona.
