Please read these terms carefully before using our furnace cleaning and repair services
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using Air Flow Systems' website and services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.
2. Service Description
Air Flow Systems provides professional furnace cleaning, repair, and maintenance services throughout Arizona. Our services include but are not limited to:
- Residential and commercial furnace cleaning
- Emergency furnace repair services
- Preventive maintenance programs
- System inspections and diagnostics
- Part replacements and installations
3. Service Area and Availability
We provide services throughout Arizona with primary coverage in Bisbee, Tucson, Phoenix, and surrounding areas. Emergency services may be subject to additional travel charges based on distance and time of service request.
4. Scheduling and Appointments
Scheduled appointments are confirmed 24 hours in advance. We reserve the right to reschedule appointments due to weather conditions, equipment failure, or other unforeseen circumstances. Customers will be notified of any changes as soon as possible.
A service fee may apply for missed appointments or cancellations with less than 24 hours notice.
5. Payment Terms
Payment is due upon completion of services unless prior arrangements have been made. We accept cash, checks, and major credit cards. For extensive repairs or installations, a deposit may be required before work begins.
Outstanding balances may result in service suspension until payment is received.
6. Warranty and Commitments
We stand behind our workmanship with a customer satisfaction commitment on all completed services. Specific warranty periods vary by service type and will be communicated at the time of service completion.
Parts and equipment may carry manufacturer warranties. Customers are responsible for understanding and utilizing manufacturer warranty coverage.
7. Customer Responsibilities
Customers must provide reasonable access to heating and cooling equipment and ensure work areas are clear of obstructions. We are not responsible for damage to personal items in work areas.
Property owners must notify us of any potential safety hazards, electrical issues, or structural concerns before service begins.
8. Liability Limitations
Air Flow Systems' liability is limited to the cost of services provided. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from equipment failure or service interruption.
Customers should maintain appropriate insurance coverage for their heating and cooling systems.
9. Emergency Services
Emergency services are available 24/7 for urgent heating issues. Emergency rates may apply outside normal business hours and on weekends/holidays.
We reserve the right to determine what constitutes an emergency service situation.
10. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising from our services should first be addressed through direct communication with our management team. If resolution cannot be reached, disputes will be handled through appropriate legal channels in Arizona.
11. Modifications to Terms
These terms may be updated periodically. Customers will be notified of significant changes via email or website posting. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
